🚨 Announcement: A New Chapter Begins!

It’s been 10 years since we launched the Insomni’hack online Teaser!

All along those years and thanks to your support and enthusiasm, what was meant to be “just” a qualifying CTF has grown in size and popularity, becoming a second full-fledged CTF at every Insomni’hack edition.

We are very glad about this evolution and cannot thank you enough for your support over the years. However, we also know that the actual “soul” of Insomni’hack lies in the traditional on-site CTF and we have reached a point where we feel that our efforts need to be more channelled to the latter.

Starting with our 2025 edition, we will thus no longer be organizing the January’s on-line Teaser.

Does that mean that we won’t be inviting any more teams to Insomni’hack (on-site) CTF? Well .. not at all! Indeed, by expanding on our partnership with @LakeCTF (initiated last year), we are glad to announce that you’ll be able to leverage on @LakeCTF’s Quals (Dec. 7th – 8th, 2024) for earning an invitation at Insomni’hack CTF. In more details, the top 3 (non-academic) teams at @LakeCTF’s Quals will receive:

• Free hotel accommodation (2 nights, 8 people) in Lausanne in order to participate at the onsite CTF
• Free entrance for Insomni’hack Conference (Thursday & Friday)
• A dedicated “VIP” table in the CTF room, in front of the organizers’ area
