Haider Pasha serves as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) for EMEA & LATAM at Palo Alto Networks, where he has been driving cybersecurity innovation since 2018. Drawing from over 25 years of leadership experience in technology and security, he architects transformative cyber resilience strategies for global organizations, helping them achieve Real-Time and Autonomous outcomes. 
At Palo Alto Networks, Haider partners with C-suite executives to implement cutting-edge security architectures, specializing in AI-Enabled Security Operations Centers (SOC), Cloud Transformation, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) initiatives. He plays a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes, including GDPR and NIS2 compliance, while advancing their security posture towards a goal for modular platforms.


Before joining Palo Alto Networks, Haider held the position of CTO and Systems Engineering Director at Symantec. His earlier career includes 15 years at Cisco, where he served in senior positions in Silicon Valley and as CTO for Cisco Africa, bringing a wealth of global perspective to his current role. 


Known for his ability to bridge complex technical solutions with practical business outcomes, Haider serves as Palo Alto Networks’ key spokesperson and trusted advisor to strategic customers and partners. His approach combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, ensuring security strategies align with broader business objectives. 
Outside of achieving relevant cybersecurity certifications such as the CISSP, CISM, and CCIE-Security, Haider holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Purdue University, USA.
