Generative AI, RAG and agents are transforming IT systems in profound ways — but they also introduce an ‘innovative’ attack surface: multiple dependencies, indirect access to data, tool chaining.
In this session, we map the ‘Availability/Integrity/Confidentiality’ risks specific to AI in the enterprise and then propose protection strategies using Fortinet solutions.
The session concludes with two demonstrations illustrating realistic scenarios and concrete countermeasures.

Sébastien Viou is a Cybersecurity Strategist at Fortinet. With 23 years of experience, he brings a background as an auditor, architect, product manager, and consultant to help organisations turn a complex cyber landscape into clear, actionable decisions.

He works on issues related to sovereignty and dependencies, the adoption of AI and DevSecOps, sector-based threat analysis (including OT and aviation), as well as regulatory impacts (Data Act, Part-IS, CRA). A frequent speaker and contributor, he supports the definition of cyber strategies, business risk analysis, and the pursuit of optimal security ROI.
