This immersive 2h workshop is designed to help the audience grasp the complex regulatory requirements for information protection in Switzerland and the European Union. Focusing on the Suisse Information Security Act (LSI), the EU’s NIS2 directive, and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), this workshop combines an in-depth legal analysis with a hands-on practical approach to ensure compliance.
Participants will be guided by a legal expert and a cybersecurity specialist to:
- Gain clarity on regulatory requirements: ensuring timely incident reporting and developing actionable strategies to initiate compliance efforts.
- Anticipate penalties: Identify non-compliance risks, including potential fines and activity restrictions
- Apply knowledge through a case study: the workshop will evolve around a fictional case study involving an IT security service based in Switzerland.
