Nathalie Brodard

Nathalie Brodard is an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Brodard Executive Search and Brodiance.

After working for many years as an external and internal recruitment manager in Switzerland, Nathalie joined JP Morgan in Geneva, before moving to London for 3 years. After a few years in the London banking world, she had the opportunity to recruit cutting-edge profiles worldwide for a communications company active in new technologies.

In 2009, on her return from her expatriation to Bahrain, she decided to set up her own recruitment firm, Brodard Executive Search, whose values reflect her own: open-mindedness, authenticity and a desire to put people at the heart of her priorities.

Ten years later, Brodard Executive Search is one of Switzerland's leading recruitment firms.

Line Pillet

Line Pillet is professor in systems thinking and sustainable team leadership at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO).

She is director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship and Management (IEM) at HES-SO Valais-Wallis since September 2019. She holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Geneva with a specialization in Philosophy of Management (CAS) from the University of Fribourg. She brings over 20 years of experience successfully leading complex multi-stakeholder HR and learning & development projects for multicultural and diverse workforce (top executives, managers, team leaders, technicians, apprentices, students, young graduates) in various sectors (hospitality, arts & crafts, industry, services, not-for-profit) driven by one passion: empower and engage people to lead change. Certifications: PMP® Project Management Professional, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Belbin Accredited Consultant.

Lennig Pedron

Lennig Pedron has expertise in cybersecurity and emerging technologies applied to the digital trust economy. She works in particular for the EPFL Innovation Park Foundation and is CEO of the Swiss initiative Trust Valley, the center of excellence in digital trust and cybersecurity. She is co-founder and president of the NGO iCON, representing an international community of over 100 digital trust experts. Lennig Pedron represents iCON at the Council of Europe. She has been Data Protection expert for the Swiss Confederation. She provides advice and training to different audiences such as the police, prosecutors or banks. She has been a judge for the 9/12 geopolitical challenge of the GCSP for 4 years and she has spoken at the Forum of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS). Lennig Pedron is the co-author of the book "The Fundamentals of Cyber ​​Crisis Management" published by Ellipses in June 2022.

Nagib Aouini

Nagib Aouini holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and Cryptography from the French university ENSIMAG.

He is a former CISO at SEBA Bank which is one of the 1st licensed crypto bank. In 2020, Nagib founded DuoKey a cybersecurity startup focus on encryption and key management, which enables customers to confidently move sensitive workloads to the cloud where they can benefit from strong security controls that help meet internal and external compliance requirements. Nagib has more than 20 years of experience in the field of digital identity and smartcards and has proven experience in the implementation of complex technical projects with high added value. Previously, he held key positions in a number of large companies specializing in digital security, such as Gemalto, Thales Security, and Accenture. Nagib has worked with governments on large-scale ID projects (e.g. the French Ministry of the Interior on the biometric e-passport project, the Kingdom of Morocco on the biometric identity card program, and the US Department of Defense [DoD] on the CAC access card program)
